Advantages: the whole park-everything is great

Disadvantages: nothing

at first we were very hesitant about booking this center parcs holiday,but with the great customer service we had nothing to worry about.

booking/paying/receiving info/
it was a pleasure to book online.its really easy and it gives you a very accurate description of what to expect.plus there are loads of discounts to take advantage of.soon after we booked and paid(without leaving our chairs)we received all we need through the mail.

getting to your destination
really easy-we went to whinfell and on the m6 anybody can find it.its a pleasant journey to where your holiday will be.

arriving at centerparcs
apon arriving you are meeted and greeted by a staff member(nice little touch)the a drive through checkin process is the best thing ever-so easy and friendly and they help you find you villa with a smile on their faces.
you are not alowed your car inside the park which was briliant because we have a small kiddy and its such a relieve not to worry about anything that might happen.
our accomodation(executice penthouse)was really nice and well equiped with all we needed to make this a great 4 days..-even a dishwasher and washer-dryer for little accidents.everything was nice and clean.we had a daily maid service included in our package and it was brilliant not to worry about wahing dishes and even making your own bed..pure bliss..

activities
there are sooooo many things to do.we hired bicycles and that was our means of transport in the parc.it was nice to get excercise while you enjoy the sights.the park was filled with birds and ducks and little bunnies.and squirals.the swimming area ia so brilliantly laid out.u leave your pram outside get into a family cubicle undress and dress for the pool..leave your belongings in the lockers and you are free to enjoy the pool and the slides and all of the many features wich is overlooked by lifeguards everywhere.for lil ones there are lifejackets and swimming aids you can use.also a very nice shallow pool area just for the babies and toddlers.afterwards just hop into a huge"hairdyer"and be blown dry and off you go to explore the rest of the park.
the sports centre has a brilliant way of entertaining everybody.playing sports from tennis to bowling while your lil one plays in the baby/tod area suited for them-safely..
all around the park there are pubs and restaurants for you to have a pint or a meal or just to relax..rajinda pradesh..well its too good to describe..its a indian..but not just any indian its pure class..try it you will be talking about that food for days..
the spa is heaven..for men and for woman and you get a special discount if you let your lil one play in the supervised area for 3 hours which is brilliant value for money and gets you to relax completely.
in some areas you can have a bbq and the shop has all you need for it at pretty much asda prices..so no need to tag along any equipment.
there is a cinema and boat hire and just so maby things to get your heart racing..
our best thing was the park they had for the children our son loved it and its completely safe..from baby swings to toddler slides..also near by is a a park-grass area to let your children run around..

departure is also a easy thing..just vacate and pop your key in the box on your way out..

we loved it and it was the best uk holiday we have ever had.there are no need to ask-we will defo be back for more swimming and slides and biking.

if you have doubts about booking-dont!!
its brilliant-nothing to worry about-just sunscreen and hats..and do pack those walking shoes..our boots were made for walking and we can guarantee yours will want to walk through nature too.

have fun-and take loads of pictures.its one youll want to remember.

Summary: its a good holiday.a family holiday to entertain the whole family-gauranteed smiles.
