Advantages: Good online facilities for booking holiday

Disadvantages: Poor, even diabolical, customer services. Took a week to even acknowledge emails.

Booked a break a month before going to Center Parcs. Unfortunately the promised reconfirmation and Plan Your Break guide failed to arrive. Numerous emails went unanswered and my telephone calls were never actioned upon. I was just told that they had been sent, resent, and that someone would contact 'admin' and get back to me. Nobody ever returned my calls. No Plan Your Break ever arrived. I've been to all four villages previously and the customer services/relations were OK. On the plus side, the New Woodland Lodges at Whinfell Forest are a vast improvement. The decor is warm and the finishing touches a welcome addition. The location of our villa was very good. We were able to park in the car park and walk to it. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Village Centre which was good exercise. We didn't pre-book anything because our Plan Your Break didn't arrive so we didn't have any idea of the current prices of activities. We did however pre-book the Indian Restaurant which was very good indeed.

Summary: It seems that no-one really wants to deal with problems.

Hi Centerparcs, unfortunately services do tend to move to worse rather than better. A good preview for starters. :)
