Currently in Centre Parcs Elvedon Forrest with my parents and brother and would like to point out this is our 6th visit and definitely our last.

The whole villa smells strongly of urine, everything was uncleaned. We had hair around the sinks, mould on the curtains, stains on the beds. Cobwebs, dust, hand prints and crumbs EVERY WHERE. Picking the TV remote up you're left with a feeling of grime after changing the channel. After snooping around we found a massive stain next to the sofa where it looks as though someone had let their bladder go. The Guest Service Manager told my parents that if we don't want to stay we can leave and they'll pay our money back. Staff were either amazing or totally useless. Flies where EVERYWHERE and the food was average. The villa's were unkept and frankly vile. Never again. I'd rather have foodpoisoning in Egypt.

Summary: Beyond a joke.
