Really really really really good! (Center Parcs)

Advantages: Everything.... activities, fun times, biking, escape!

Disadvantages: Can't think of any!

I first went to Centre Parcs (longleat) with my family when I was about four, and have probably returned about 3 times since then! Once with a friends family, once with Dad's friends, once with Grandparents. etc. etc. It really gives you an idea of how flexible-a-holiday it is!
It's a beautiful location, the chalets are lovely and well equipped (often opening up into woodlands and wildlife!) with loads to do for all!
The swimming pools are great for all ages -- When you're little, there's the kids area, the huge pool (with wave machine) for everyone, the outdoor pool (with hot pool/plunge pool) Indoor slides and THE RAPIDS ! You knew you were truly grown up when you were brave enough to face them!
You can hire out some bikes and just cycle everywhere - there are routes for all levels of fitness. You're always within easy reach of some place or another - a shopping centre, a spa, the pool, an activity centre, bowling, the cafe, the dry cleaners. etc. etc. It's a family holiday that you can go on when you're 4 and enjoy again when you're in college (plenty of my friends still look forward to going back there) There are plenty of activities such as falconry and treasure hunts to keep kids busy!
I've been to Butlins and places like that but nothing compares to Centre Parcs. Even though you've not gone far from home you feel like you're in a different world!
Definitely a place to go what ever type of holiday you want.
