We have visited Center Parcs a number of times, and Sherwood Forest is our favourite. All of the resorts are VERY baby and toddler friendly, but we have found the pool at Sherwood to be the best, especially for toddlers, and I think its one of the less-hilly resorts, which means its not too much hard work to go for a nice long ... Centre Parcs at Elveden forest is a wonderful place to visit. In the last few years myself, my husband and my two children (a girl age 7 and a boy who is 2 and a half) have been on several occassions. To begin with we went for the long weekend breaks which are from friday to monday, but on the last occassion back in february we went for the ... Read the complete review

Just arrived back from Centre Parcs in Longleat, and we had a really great time, having said that, I would be reluctant to return in the foreseeable future. Always look for a code on the internet before booking, as this can often save up to 1/3, and obviously if you can go off peak it is much cheaper and quieter. I paid £204 for ... I have been to center parcs on several occasions now for a weekend break and I absolutely love it! Elevdon Forrest is about an hour from where I live so probably about 2-2 1/2 hours from London. Centre Parcs is a holiday place but with difference. Instead of caravans or challis in a holiday park, you get a shack type thing ... Read the complete review

Recently stayed at Center Parcs (Elveden Forest). We arrived on the Monday and it was absolute MURDER to get in. When we got to the Check-In Lodge (located after you have made your way in a little bit) we found the staff were very helpful and checking in was quick and easy. Parking was very difficult - we had to drive around for at least 20 mins ... Read the complete review

Just returned from CP Elvedon Forest. Lodge a bit smelly. Loved the setting, beautiful countryside and woodland wildlife right outside your lodge. You must have a bike to really enjoy this holiday. The subtropical swimming pool is not as good as it would have you believe, water was cold when i went. Pre-booked the activities which was a mistake. Ended up missing most of them and losing the money! Better to arrange when you get there. Plenty to do but 4 days was enough for me.The evening entertainment should have been free Pop party in the parc was rubbish (cost 8 pound each).CP will rip you off if you let it, be careful! Lastly, i took my dog. She hated it -a tiny area where they can go off lead. All that space where nobody walks and they couldn't make a bigger area where dogs allowed off lead too?

We have just had a fantastic weekend at Center Parcs - Elveden Forest. We stayed Fri- Mon in one of the new styled Woodland Lodges (cedar area) which was excellent. Clean, spacious, peaceful yet convenient to the main area (about 5 mins on bike) and well equipped. The cot and high chair were also of an excellent standard and very new looking and ... For my boyfriend's birthday in February we spent the weekend at the Longleat Forest Center Parcs. We went as a group of 8 (all in our mid-twenties) and stayed in the Woodland Lodge accommodation. The Lodge was lovely; fairly new, very fresh and clean, with spacious bedrooms and a really decent kitchen (with dishwasher). On our patio there was a ... Read the complete review

I first went to Centre Parcs (longleat) with my family when I was about four, and have probably returned about 3 times since then! Once with a friends family, once with Dad's friends, once with Grandparents. etc. etc. It really gives you an idea of how flexible-a-holiday it is! It's a beautiful location, the chalets are lovely and well ... Read the complete review

It was a typical September day, torrential downpours, poor lighting, cold winds...someone had the bright idea of going and living in some woods for 3 days and paying for the privilege! I'm delighted to say that our stay at Longleat was a fantastic weekend. I was expecting my first challenge to be to hang gliding or bear wrestling but it ... Read the complete review

I have never been so worried in my life. My disabled son who had a head injury, coma, is now wheelchair bound permanently was taken to Elvedon Forest by his day centre. They were due to leave on the morning of widespread snow all over the UK . Centre Parcs said they had to get out of their chalet and they were hassled by security guards who ... Center Parcs is a wonderful holiday for those who want a little of everything. I first holidayed at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest when I was 16 in 1989 with 7 friends and it was wild! Me and my hubby have holidayed there several times over 9 years, mainly at Christmas time. We are seldom disappointed with anything at Center Parcs, we haven't ... Read the complete review

I've been to Centre Parcs at Longleat 4 times now so hope I'm able to pass on some useful information about my visits. Booking The website is generally very easy to use, but there are two things to point ouy here. Firstly, don't take the prices as set in stone. It is always worth searching for discount codes on google. I've ... Read the complete review

I have to say that I have tried a variety of holiday parks in my lifetime including haven and butlins but have to say that I find Center Parcs far better than any of the others on ALL accounts. ****Sherwood Forest**** This particular review is based on our experience at Sherwood Forest resort of Center Parcs which we visited during ... After 12 visits to Longleat and Elveden, the latest visit was somewhat let down by several things. Maybe Ive become more "pokey" with each visit, but something did not sit right about introducing a Cafe Rouge and Bella Pasta into Center Parcs. To me, it was selling out. I would like to think they are financial issues ... Read the complete review

I have been here 3 times and each time the accommodation has detiorated. CENTER PARCS GREAT FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN. I have visited Center Parcs over 15 times when i was a child and always loved it. So with two young children off my own 2 1/2 years old and 18 months old it seemed like a good holiday destination. We visited Center Parcs in Longleat, Wiltshire in December 2008 and really enjoyed the experience. As a young couple we enjoyed our executive apartment. I went to Center Parc last year in November for a weekend Friday to Monday break. I Did not think I would enjoy Center Parcs as it looked like a boring place for old people! It also looked like a place you would only go to if you were fit as the site is huge and you are not allowed to drive around it! However, the things I though I was ... Read the complete review
