Holiday Resorts in Cancun:
... decided to go to Cancun for our honeymoon. As this was a very special occasion we wanted to chose a special destination....and decided that Cancun was it. The flight is 10 hours from Heathrow. The Moon Palace Sunrise is an all-inclusive resort. It is one of the biggest in Cancun with over 3,000 rooms. It has the largest swimming pool of all the hotels in the area with it's own beach. It has a number ... Read the full review: Moon Palace Sunrise - brilliant hotel by Cardylia |

Holiday Resorts in Cancun ... just come back from Cancun, this hotel was first class ~ we really enjoyed our stay. It is situated in the heart of Cancun's entertainment centre, with The Plaza Caracol Shopping Centre just accross the road, and everywhere else is just a bus ride away. (The buses stop just outside the hotel). All the rooms face out towards the sea, with an excelent view of the pool. Rooms have either a Kings size bed or two double, with fresh towels daily (mind the maid will wake you up at 8am to clean your room and change the towels!) We found the rooms very clean and a generous size. We went for the All Inclusive Option on our holiday, and were very glad we did (take ... Holiday Resorts in Cancun ... comments on variuos forums we were led to believe that this hotel was heaven on earth. Although it was a very beautiful hotel we thought it was VERY overpriced. What we liked: Spa pool was largish and we were always the only people using it. The jacuzzi bath (though only really big enough for one) Room service. The resort was very beautiful. The sea and beach were beautiful. Had games you could borrow from activities and bikes. The rooms were large and well furnished and the air conditioning was effective- ask for top floor as they are less likely to have bushes blocking out all the light from them and have cathredal style ceilings. The wellstocked fri... Read the full review: Royal Hideaway, nr Cancun by shoughton |

Holiday Resorts in Cancun ... husband and I went to Cancun in September for 2 weeks' holiday. Prior to going I had read that it was a man made resort but I didn't expect it to be half as tacky as it was. There was nothing Mexican about it. Our main reason for going there was to go scuba diving and it certainly was the best diving I've ever done, and it was relatively cheap as well at $48 including equipment. I felt that everything else in the resort was overpriced, from the food which, on average, cost approximately £40 for a meal for 2 at the local restaurants, to the excursions which were around £70 each for a bus trip with lunch included. Even the souvenirs were extremely over... Read the full review: Holiday in Cancun by rustifer |
