I am from Madeira was born and raised there, so i know the island like the back of my hand. The main attraction of the island is the exoctic plants and the glorious warm weather. Although i warn you now, if you are looking for a beach holiday madeira is not the place to go. It has quite a few beaches but majority of them is pebbles, and let me tell you thats its not comfortable when u lying on them.
