Advantages: Clean accomodation

Disadvantages: Too far from any attractions

Just arrived home from a week at 'Widemouth Bay'...
Stayed in a 2 bedroom gold rated caraven, was very clean and quite comfortable.
Club house was a tad expensive but clean and well looked after, staff were friendly and polite, entertainment was ok nothing to write home about!!!
Only downfall is it's location, we didn't realise that it's at least an hours drive away from the nearest big town (there are a few shops & 2 supermarkets in Bude about 15 min drive), we had to drive for over an hour every day just to get anywhere of interest.
We probably wouln't stay here again as not close enough to any attractions.
Swimming pool a bit small und uninviting, only open for a few hours a day even though it was a hot week.
Food served from 6pm - was ok a little too expensive for what you recieved and not many places locally to eat out.

Summary: Nice holiday park just a bit far away from anything
