Advantages: Great places locally to visit

Disadvantages: Site a litte run down, little to offer in entertainment and size.

Just returned from a caravan holiday in Brixham, the caravan, although a bronze grade was suprisingly clean and spacious although u are surrounded with other upgraded caravans (silver and gold) that look very comfortable, would be tempted to upgrade in the summer time just to get a balcony. The bedrooms where a little cramped and the mattresses had seen better days, but all in all a thumbs up, plenty to see and do and Paignton a lovely seaside town with a great crazy golf pirate ship, a must is 'Scoffs' Fish and Chips in the town, excellent u would not be dissapointed, 5 star!!, Dartmouth not far from camp site and a lovely trip over on the ferrry, also a good day out at Woodlands not far. The site itself was a little lack luster, the bare minium entertainment, small floor area for children i wouldnt like to be there in the height of summer.

Summary: Would go again but upgrade my caravan and make sure it was out of season.
