Kowloon, is part of Hong Kong. and Hong Kong is part of China.

There are a lot of interesting places in Kowloon. It is also as crowded as Hong Kong.

Shopping Paradise!

Temple Streets - mainly electronic items, mens item, cds, clothes, antique. the best time to go is in the late night around 10 or 11. There are many hawkers selling on the streets. Recently there are people from Nepal, Tibet selling their arts & crafts religious items.

Mongkok, Women Street & Garden Street - wow, you will shop till you drop. There are tons of stuff to purchase. Cheap Cheap Cheap! But you have to bargain and comparing prices before buying anything. There are many watches, especially coned Rolex, and other brands. Handbags, polo shirts, eyeglasses, all other fashionable items, you can find it all here. There are a lot of people day and night. Be aware of pick-pockets. There are small shops selling Japanese pan fried pancake. Very Delicious!

From Kowloon Tong, one can take the train to the border and through the immigration department, one can go to China from there. Warning, do not attempt to go to China during Monday morning, it is like a war zone! Tons of people are rushing to China to go to work! Tourists should avoid those busy hours.

Tsim Sha Tsui - this is a very cultural place. there are many museums, galleries, luxury hotels, and nice restaurants. Visitors can also see quite many different ethnic groups here. It is one of Hong Kong's busiest place. There is an harbour that can take visitors to other parts of China.
