Newest Review: ... a great place for fresh fruit and vegetables if you are staying in self catering accomodation and souveniers are generally cheaper here than in the new town by the harbour. There is a bus service from Coral Bay and the new town to Ktima which runs every 20 minutes approximately. As well as being a must for tourists, it is always popular with the locals. Most of the cafes and restaurants offer similar menus from all day English Breakfasts to local dishes as well as being available for just a welcome drink to break up the shopping!!!! Definately worth a visit... more

Ktima is the old name for Old Pafos town centre. It is a small market town with a variety of shops and indoor and outdoor markets as well as various cafes and restaurants. There are not many hotels in the immediate area although there is plenty of accomodation within the vicinity. The shops in town are mainly open until 1pm Monday to Saturday and then open again in the afternoons on Monday, Tueday, Thursday and Friday. The afternoon opening times may vary according to the season with shops generally open until later during the summer.
