The dining room was fairly elaborate, but the best tables had definately been given to the Germans, we got put round a corner but didn't mind because it was quieter and fairly romantic. Food was excellent, I felt like I had been to a health farm as the portions were just right and every dish was delicious, my fiance however was left feeling hungry and disappointed with his selected choice of the menus. This was our 2nd trip to Venice and by no means were we disappointed with our allocated Hotel. We had been given an upgrade since the Hotel we were supposed to have been staying in was over booked. Compared to the Hotel Aquileia which we had stayed in last year this was pure luxury. On arrival we were delighted with the small but very stylish pool area, the room was fantastic, loads of storage space, a fridge, a safe, air conditioning, t.v. very posh bathroom with proper corner shower and a really long balcony.
