I went to Magnetic Island on a two night trip organised by YHA Australia. To get there you have to take a ferry from Townsville (this was included in the cost of my trip). Once on the island most of the accommodation will collect you from the ferry terminal or you can take an island bus for a small charge (I think it was $2). ... Read the complete review
