Newest Review: ... is so perfect that is seems so surreal. Your luggage is taken to your room whilst you are checked in and familiarised with the location of the resorts facilities. We were taken to our beach villa on a golf buggy and so the relaxation and pampering starts. Our sea villa was modern and comfortable. We had steps going into the water so you could snorkel from the villa. There was a swinging lounger on the large balcony which was well used during our 2 weeks stay; there were also 2 sun loungers. A 10 hour direct flight from the UK will take you to Huhule Island, Mali in the Indian Ocean. As you come in to land all you will see the stunning aquamarine sea you will have the feeling that you are going to land on the water as the runway isn't visible until you touchdown, the man-made runway juts right out into the sea. Once inside the airport your luggage will be thoroughly searched at customs. It is a Muslim country so no alcohol is allowed in to the Maldives. Expect at least 30 minutes to clear customs.
