On the first night we were all ready for a good nights sleep but we sadly were unable to get this ! a festival or something was happening nearby and the music did not stop until 5am. would i go again YES the park was quiet and not too busy for the rest of the week. We stayed at Oakcliff for a fornight last July. We had never been never been to Devon before and had such a good time we are going again this year. The caravan we had was spacious and fantasticaly clean. There was a full sized cooker, microwave and full sized fridge. The t.v had teletext! The bedding arrived promptly and spotlessly clean. There was even bin bags for the bin. On the site there was a swimming pool but this is only lifegaurded in peak season. A shop which is adquately stocked but somethings can be slighty overpriced also the shop had strange opening hours. The good thing was you can get phone top ups here! Entertainment was fantasic ... We have 3 young children and wanted a child friendly holiday. This is just what we got. I love Devon and went there with my family a lot as a child. We have stayed at many holiday parks but Oakcliff Park was by far the best. Oakcliff is in Dawlish Warren about a 5minute walk from the beach. You can either stay in a large caravan, a pine lodge or a log cabin. On one side of the park is the reception, club house, shop, childrens play area, outdoor swimming pool, and different sorts of eating places.
