Well, apart from the old-fashioned and yet spendid city of Turkey -Istanbul, there is another part of Turkey which worths a visit - Capadoccia. It encompases the natural splendour and beauty which can hold your breath. The grandeur of the landscape in the Cappadocia is unsurpassed and unique in most of the European continet. The strange rocky landscape of the Cappadocia was formed millions years ago due to the seismic activity. There are numerous old ancient underground cities in Capadoccia which was built during the Byzantine era to elude the attack from enemies. However, getting there necessitates the guidance of a local guide. Transportation in Cappadocia for tourists might be a bit too inconvenient due to the poor public transportation. Besides that, it is safe from the activity of the PKK activities. However, it is ver secluded from the Istanbul and this explains why many tourists actually elude or bypass Capadoccia. However, it is a top choice, definitely, and a must for those who visit Turkey.
