What can I say about this city that will convince people to go? First of all, as you all might guess from the title, Prague is an incredibly beautiful city. Because nothing was ruined by the war, you can still see buildings as old as from the 13th century, or sometimes even older. The architecture is captivating and there is a lot to see there. ... Prague has got to be one of Europe's most beautiful cities. It's just a pity that it's also full of pickpockets. Well worth a visit, but keep an eye on your belongings, and DON'T go about on your own. The beer is cheap (24p-60p half-litre) and tastes better than the draught in this country, and the biggest advantage - no ... Read the complete review

Prague has stood at the crossroads of the north to south and west to east for more that thousands of years. I visited prague earlier this year with my school for ten days i found the place very crowded, there are alot of things to visit in prague like the castle and the big clock in the centre. We also visited Hradcany Square and there was two ... Read the complete review

Well, what can i say? Since i first visited Prague about 3 years ago, i have fallen completely in love with the city whcih must rank as one of the most beautiful in europe. On its delicately lit streets and bridges, young couples walk arm in arm as the elegance and charm of the city fills the air with its alluring perfume. The people are not only ... I went to Prague a couple of years ago. What is still fresh in my momory is the concerts that I have gone to in Prague. Prague is the city of music. You can find many locals carry a musical instrument in their hands, especially violin. The posters of classical music concerts, operas and musicals are everywhere, everyday, very night, there must be ... Read the complete review

I had a one day stop over in Prague on the way to and from cairo a couple of years ago. I didn't have any choice in the matter because of my flight times but it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. I was lucky in that I had an excellent tour guide in a friend who was workinng out there who met me both times. I found ... Read the complete review

If you want to go somewhere gorgeous and cheap then go to Prague. The city is absolutely stunning with cobbled streets (so take comfy shoes), trams, big squares and outdoor cafes. The weather is very similar to England, except slightly more extreme, so I recommend going in early or late summer. The language is no problem as nearly ... Read the complete review

Prague is a great city, with the Prague Castle shaping the skyline of the city and the romantic Charles Bridge spanning across the river. However, there are some tips here to avoid yourself from encountering some untoward incidents. Always buy the appropriate tickets for the Underground Metro. In Germany, you can hardly need to buy any ... Read the complete review

In many other cities that I have had the pleasure of visting, Prague has to be the most diifercult, to pick the nightlife. Its great, but its so worth the hassle of buying a handguide. After spending two weeks there we had found many of the night life headlighters. The problem is not the lack of clubs, there are many, but choosing the ... Read the complete review

Praque, no problem regarding language unlike Germany or Italy or France. Almost everybosy there can speak English. You can also get a large variety of restaurants serving all sorts of food. Try go for the local foods...for example, roasted ducks or some meat dishes. Not only they are good but it is cheap too. You can afford to eat a lot in ... Read the complete review

Prague - the city of a thousand spires...that's the old saying and it definetly lives up to it's reputation. I visited this amazing place a few years ago, just before it became a real tourist haven. I'd never been to Eastern Europe before and this is one of the best introductions you could ask for. In parts, it looks like a ... Read the complete review

While on a school trip to Prague you first notice that the outskirts of the place are poor, and your first opinion won't be what you expected. Although when you reach the heart of city you will find a thousand of things to do! With all the exciting historical buildings which allow you to tour and stroll around all day give you an idea of ... Read the complete review

Anyone who has been to Prague would agree with me that it is one of the places where a visit is a must. It is a beautiful city and cost of living is relatively cheaper compared to that of Western European countries. Imagine a kg of cherry cost 20 pence!!! (that's an offer anyway) i think it cost about 40-50 pence per kg , but still it is ... Read the complete review

Prague is so beautiful, you find it difficult to close your mouth. A city suprisingly rich and attractive considering its surroundings and poverty. Shopping holidays are always good, as fashion capital of 1998(I think!), with some great boutiques including a versace shop thats quite nice. Found a Bennetton down a side street and got a few ...
