Slovakia - full name Slovak Republic - is one of the little known secrets of the 'New Europe'. It lies right at the heart of Europe and until 1993 was part of Czechoslovakia, a name many people are more familiar with. i have just come back from the most wonderful, peacful vacation that i can last remember.

I was in a small town of Bardejov (Slovakia) where i met with some of my fiance's family. i spent some time in the town centre where there is so much history and tradition, wonderful places and tourist activities which are being made specifically to attract foreign travellers

well you may be surprised, but for a country not much visited
there is much to see and do

i Think that this project and others in the country are the next best thing to quiet and peacful resort developments
1 hour to Tatra Mountains, waterparks and nearby ski slopes
and at their rates you could go there almost every month so to speak...
