Puerto de Pollensa:
... Pollensa is picturesque little town just north of the bay of Alcudia on the North-East coast of Mallorca. While some parts of Mallorca such as Magaluf on the South West Coast are known for their party atmosphere and attract reams of young clubbers looking for an 18-30 club experience, the North of the island could not be more different. Quieter and much less developed, this is the Mallorca I love. There are... Read the full review: Quiet self-contained resort by mdhughes03 |

La Pineda (Spain) ... Pineda is located on the Costa Dorada, Spain. Having had a couple of good holidays here I thought I would write about it. LOCATION : La Pineda is around a 15-20 minute drive away from Reus airport, and is only a few minutes drive from Salou, which is the largest and most popular resort on the Costa Dorada. Salou, Cap Salou, La Pineda and Cambrils are all situated close together, so it is easy to visit any of these places while staying on the Costa Dorada. THE RESORT : La Pineda is much quieter than Salou, and has became very popular with families and couples, or those who just prefer a more relaxing holiday. As I mentioned above, Salou is within easy reach if you ... Read the full review: Ideal holiday location for couples and families by jeffjen |

Corralejo ... booked a holiday here in Dec 05 for a week with my fiance and had a lovely time. I am a huge fan of the canaries and have been to all of the main four islands. Fuerteventura was my second island I had visited. We had allocated on arrival so I didn t really have a chance to research into what the area was like. However, i was very pleased to get corralejo....It is a gorgeous little fishing village with modernised features and places to visit aswell. I would reccomend the market that they have there every week, you can get some great bargains and makes a lovely morning out aswell. But beware they can be a pit pushy, but remember most of the time they are willing to drop ... Read the full review: Lovely little fishing village, Corralejo by rshellk |

Balearic Islands ... am having a much needed rest from chocolate and Im sure anyone who has read my last few reviews will be very grateful. I want to tell you about Mallorca/ Majorca, and its going to be a long tour as I have lots to tell. Mallorca is one of the Ballaeric islands- Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca., Formentera, and Cabrera. They are Spanish islands situated off the Spanish coast. Infact its the largest of the three and for me it hosts a little of every-thing you could want. Climate- ~~~~~ Sunshine is almost guaranteed during the summer months and the temperature rarely drops below 20 deg C (68 F) in July and August. In January and February it can drop as low as 2 or 3 deg C (35... Read the full review: COME HOLD MY HAND AND WE CAN TAKE A TRIP TO MALLORCA by saramac |
