Been on holiday to Spain many times but never this far north. The Costa Brava is not as hot as southern Costas but then I did go in April! It's probably better in the summer months. ABOUT TOSSA DE MAR Tossa de Mar is very up and coming as it appeals to couples and families, although it does not really cater for youngsters or those looking for a 18-30 clubbing holiday, there are bars and clubs situated all around Tossa de Mar so you can also go and have a good drink, without having to cope with young drunk teenagers ... For an activity week me and all my friends went to Tossa de Mar. There was a large choice of water sports which was mainly why we went there. It is a lovely area which is not to dominated by tourism, yet still has the husstle and busstle of the night life. Tossa de Mar is an unspoilt resort on the stunning Costa Brava. It's steeped in history, and overlooked by a wonderful 'castle' that blends seamlessly into the new town.
