Advantages: OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, LAZY RIVER RIDE AND SLIDE , STAFF

Disadvantages: FOOD NOT HOT ENOUGH, SIGNING FOR EVERYTHING

How can you fault this place? My wife took myself to the wyndham as a surprise birthday present, and along with our three children off we went. Checking in at the hotel is a long drawn out process, especially as we had two rooms. With that done we went up to our rooms, Basic but VERY NICE, fresh towels and toiletries every day, and air con that actually works well, we had to turn it off on a couple of ocasions. On the first morning we signed in for breakfast and was shown to a table by a friendly member of staff. The one complaint about the food at THE TERRACE is that it is NOT HOT. The best thing to have is an omelette or fried eggs as they are cooked on demand. The water park is awsome the lazy river ride is just that, LAZZZZZZZY. grab a tube go round a few times then up to the swim up bar for a beer, once again greeted with a smile, nothing is to much trouble for the staff at the Wyndham, from the maids to the front desk all in all wonderful.
The signing in process can be a bit tiresome but at the bar you can leave your tab unsigned and just do it at the end of the night.
I would strongly recomend going to the THREE PALMS resturant as that is an experience all by itself, a mini bus picks you up outside the hotel and takes you all of 200 yards to the restuarant still in the grounds but under the main road. when you have finished the bus takes you back.
There are more than enough sun beds and clean towels are supplied every day, if it gets to wet, take it back and get another.
On the down side the pool was a little dirty with cracked or missing tiles, but with the river you do not need the pool.
The beach is small and rocky I dipped my toes in just to say I had been in the carribean.
There is always somthing going on, from live bands at the beach side, ping pong competions, to hermit crab racing, Its all there.
I have read many reviews on The Wyndham none of them have done it justice it truly was a wonderful experience and something i will never forget.
