Xi'an

Xi'an is said to be China's city of the past (with bejing being the present and Shanghai the city of the future) and with the terracotta warriors being th main attraction I understand why. In the center of the city is the bell tower (we stayed in the Bell Tower hotel-it was very good and had great view of the tower) which is stunningly light up at night around this is a huge shopping center and lots of shopping streets. The shops here are all very high class designer shops, did most of my bargain shopping in the Muslim quarter. t was so much fun haggling with everyone on all the stalls and the food there was great!
