Advantages: Nice enough, lots of supermarkets

Disadvantages: Nothing to tourists

I moved to Aylesbury in 2007 as my husband is in the army and we were moved to military housing here.

As a place, it's quite nice. It's in quite a good location, not too far from London really, easily accessable by train.

We have a decent town centre with a few good shops. We also have plenty of supermarkets, 2 tescos, sainsburys, aldi, lidl, iceland and morrisons!

Unsure what the schools are like, I know there is Bedgrove which is meant to be a nice primary school.

Stoke Mandeville is the hospital here which seems quite new and is where I had my son. It is quite a large hospital but like most, lacks parking!

I wouldn't really recommend coming to Aylesbury, unless you were visiting someone here. It's a nice enough place but there isn't much here for visitors and there are far better places you could visit.
