Bradford on first impressions is very grimey. However there is lots to see and do.

Bradford has a very unique advantage with the Curry Trail whoich details can be picked up about locally.

The places to visit in Bradford are the Museum of Film and Photography which as well as having an imax screen also has exhibts charting the history of film, television and photography many of these exhibts are interactive.

Also you can not go to Bradford without trying a curry from one of the many numerous curry restaurants.

Unfortunately shopping in Bradford is not quite what it could be when compared with nearby Leeds.

The nightlife is good with many clubs, and there is also a free minibus which will take you round the city centre.

There is also an annual Mela (Festival/Fair) this is commenced with a parade but here are also lots of other events that go with the Mela including street performances and of course a fair.
