Eating/Drinking
-------------------
Lots of bars to choose from, lively on Fri, Sat nights.
Mostly cheaper style restaurants - pub grub, fish and chips, fast food. Not found anywhere worth recommending as yet.
Attractions just outside Brid
-----------------------------------
If you like walking and enjoy nature then a visit to Danes Dyke is a must. A short journey out of Bridlington towards Flamborough takes you straight there.
Cruckley Animal Farm is a great day out for the family not far from Brid. Lots of hands on family entertainment.
Overall
---------
Bridlington has now become the venue for the British Open Darts Competition and has two 18 hole golf courses. The seafront road-train is worth a trip and takes in all the sights of Brit. Besides the tat shops and ten-a-penny rubbish fish and chip shops Brid is actually a lovely place the visit. The harbour is particually attractive and worth a wander round.
Summary: worth a visit
