Hey, so you want some nice fish and chips? Go to Brid!
Bridlington is along the longest stretch of Coastline in Britain and the East Yorkshire.
I used to visit Brid all the time when my Mum and Dad were alive and I was young.
My first experience of the seaside resort was when I was about five! We travelled down to stay with my Auntie in Hull, and then travelled down on the train! It was fun!
The beach was nice, although the water was (and still is) a little sandy, and i remember going in the water with a white T-Shirt over my cossie and coming back with a grey Shirt!
Years later I revisited Bridlington with my BF and stayed in a lovely sea front hotel.
There is a large town centre, and it is relatively close to towns of Hull, Beverley and Scarbrough.
There's a grand choice of restaurants and chip shops and there's the usual sea gulls and shops selling buckets and spades.
I LOVE BRID!
