Cardiff, the capital of good old Wales in the UK. This busy, commercialised city has made it's mark on the map due to it having so much to offer. The heart of Welsh tales and myths weave in and out of this brilliant city.

Cardiff provides large thriving shopping centres to spend in, ideal for daily or visiting shoppers. With a great range of shops Cardiff is definitely the place to shop if you're not to far away. Due to where it's situated there's easy access to this blissful city also. I don't actually live there but have visited many times and i always seems to have an increasing number of attractions and sights.

Apart from shopping you can also enjoy yourself doing other things. Cardiff has it's own ice rink which is really entertaining it's watching others trying to stand on the ice which is entertaining however i'm no better. I've enough trouble getting the skates on seen as you have to rent a size to small for support.

There's also more historical places to visit and relax if you're not one for the hustle and bustle. You could try more secluded little shops or maybe take a trip to Cardiff castle. A good day out if you like to see a bit of history still alive. If you like castles although not in Cardiff, Castle Coch and Caerphilly Castle are also only a short drive from Cardiff itself. Keep them in mind.

The most visitors these days though have most probably come for the sport. With Cardiff being the home of the Millennium Stadium football fans travel from far and wide to get piece of the action. Cardiff is definitely high in the list of best cities with it's new attraction. The only downfall with this is the bunch of mad footy supporters now and again which can get a bit out of hand and need controlling by police. This is the only point letting Cardiff, this wonderful city down.
