Chesterfield is in north Derbyshire and is around 10 miles away from Sheffield. Chesterfield and the surrounding areas have a population of around 100,000 but the town itself has around 70,000 people. Chesterfield is a great place to live and has lots to see and do...it's a good place to base yourself for touring the Peak District and is with easy reach of Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby.
