Advantages: This town has everything you could need

Disadvantages: Some areas closeby are dirty and have a lot of antisocial behaviour

Croydon is a thriving, multicultural town which has a relatively large town centre with two large shopping centres as well as outdoor shops. It also features a massive library and has loasds of business both retail and corporate.

From Croydon it is very easy to get to other places such as Purley Way which is a very popular entertainment complex. Here, you can go to Ikea, Mothercare, Outfit, DFS, Next etc and there is free parking whenever you go. There are a range of restaurants there also as well as a drive thru macdonalds and burger king.

From Croydon, it is also very easy to get to central London, if you are looking to see the real heart of England. The trams, busses and train stations make it very easy to get about and if you need to get on a plane, well you are only 30 minutes away from Gatwick. I could not live anywhere else.

Summary: al in all a good place to visit or live.
