Advantages: Bustling town - good facilities for a small town.
Disadvantages: Nothing major...
Cupar is a bustling town in the heart of Fife. The old county town, this was once the main centre for the area and has a long history.
These days, Cupar doesn't have such a major governmental role but is still a popular and busy town.
Many businesses, both small and large and many large new housing developments means this town seems to be continuing to grow. The town centre is always busy and has all the facilites you would need - many chain shops such as Woolworths, Argos, WH Smith Tesco and Boots but also many smaller local shops - don't forget to check out the yummy cakes in ''Fisher and Donaldson's'' bakers!!
Cupar has two main primary schools and Bell Baxter High School which is also the main high school for the smaller villages and towns nearby and there is also ''Elmwood College'' for further learning. The local sports centre is well equipped and there are many large parks with play facillities.
Summary: Good facilities, nice town.
