Saltwell park is a lovely area of gardens and other attractions which are great for kids, a big play area, bird avaries and many other things to see and do howver, saltwell park seems out of place as it is set amongst council estates and alot of houses. The team valley is very industrial but the main part of it is home to alot of big stores such as mothercare, homebase and boots. there is also The angel of the north, the sage, the baltic and the millenium bridge that are quite good to visit. I used to live in the north east and I think the only good thing about gateshead is the Metrocentre. It is one of europes largest shopping centre and has bowling facilities, cinema, soft play areas and many dining oppurtunities. Saltwell park and the team valley are also other examples of places to visit in gateshead. My dear friends, it may have come to you're attention that I am usually less than happy with things in general. My opinions tend to be rather scathing and derogitory to say the least. But now, allow me to write about the thing which arouses my disgust more than any other, the place of my birth, Gateshead. The Borough of Gateshead, in terms of population and size, is the biggest town in England.
