Newest Review: ... I’ll let you know how they’re getting on after the weekend! The cottage itself is fascinating. There are nooks and crannies everywhere! To get to the room that mom and dad used when we last stayed we had to go up the stairs, turn right, along a landing, turn left, down some stairs, across and back up some stairs to get to the room! It made me think of books I had read as a child about houses with secret passages! I felt like I should be knocking on the walls to see if any hidden panels opened! Henham is a lovely little village just north west of Bishops Stortford. It is very close to the M11 and also to Stansted Airport, but I have to say I hadn’t even heard of the place until my sister, Helen and her partner went to live there! I was just in the process of making a list of things to remember to take when we go to visit next weekend and I had the urge to write an opinion! You know how it is! Seriously though, I thought I would write an opinion about Henham in general, and also tell you specifically about the bed and breakfast establishment located in the village.
