Literally just got back from a week in cornwall, stayed at Trelawne Manor, would never go again and would never recommend to anyone. It was our first holiday with this company and from the brochure it all looked a lovely family campsite with lots to do. With having 4 children the youngest being 3mth old we thought we would book an apart. to guarantee some warmth. We arrived very early having travelled through the night from north yorkshire. I was grateful when we were allowed into our apt. at 9.00 am. To say the least I was absolutely disgusted with the apt. bedding had holes in, there was condensation running down the walls, not enough bedding for our family of 6, the apt, felt and looked dirty, the bedroom heaters and lamps didnt work. So we had to requested more heaters just to keep us all warm, which were obviously dangerous to young children...there were dead flies on the windowsils black mold, damp patches all around both bedrooms, we tried to make do rather than spoil the holiday for the children as this was the only holiday we had had, but by monday evening after a day out I finally handed in a list of complaints when we came home from a day out to find my eldest sons bed wet thro from condensation dripping of the ceiling on to his bed, luckily it was not the heater, black mold festering on the walls had festered more and I had just had enough. Having spoken to the manager on duty that night I was told there were no more mattress available and no accommodation, the only solution until the am was to give me an extra quilt and bedding to put over the mattress to protect my son from the wet, even turning it over it was damp and there was still condensation dripping from the celing. In fact that night we ended up pulling out both sofa beds and from that day on lived in the livingroom as I was scared of the children coming down with something. The next day whilst we were out housekeeping had been in to wash down all the walls, ceiling and windows so we came home to a clean fresh apt. as much as it could be, so we made do and stayed. However, a couple of days later yet again the condensation and damp had started to menafest itself again. We were however, offered a two bedroom caravan if the apt was not good enough. The reason we didnt move into the caravan was that I didnt want to spend my only holiday moving my family of 6 from one place to another, wasting days that we did have out as a family. We were not the only family to complain about their apts on this site, and the only recommendation I would give would be to knock them down and start again..They are really not fit for human habitation. In the indoor swimming pool my sons found worms in the shower block and in the ladies shower block the drains were blocked with hairs and toilet roll....The childrens clubs were only for 1hr in a morning and 1hr in afternoon. Having been excited about this holiday I was absolutely disgusted and felt as tho it had not been a holiday but just a stressful week.

Summary: Wouldnt stay again and wouldnt recommend.
