Manchester is the best place to shop in the North West area, having relatives who live there is an advantage for me as there are hundreds of different places to spend your evenings and days.
The arndale centre has something for everyone it hosts all the top shops and easy to navigate. There are little markets scattered around were you can find cheap bargains and plenty of places to eat. We always try to go somewhere different each time we are there, but we always end up in a bar having a bar meal and getting plenty of cold beverages, it`s got to be ice-cold beer or forget it. The buses run right around the shopping centre and there 2 train stations victoria and piccadilli, also Manchester is the base for the world of Coronation street, brilliant place and if you have kids they will love it. It`s best to go in the morning to avoid the rush, it`s located near deansgate which also has a train station.
Manchester definately has something for everyone and if tyou are in the North it is worth a visit.
