      Very helpful

      A nice place to visit!

Pinner is a medium sized town and is situated in North West London. It can be accessible via London Underground (Pinner Station, Zone 5), or various bus routes, which go through the town centre.

Parking is extremely limited in the town, so I would not advise you drive here as it is difficult to find a space, and roads are not as wide as they could be. Also, traffic is heavy at peak times.

In the old high street, most of the buildings maintain a historic Tudor style, which gives the town immense character. The new high street is slowly becoming a very typical one, with many chain stores taking over, unique, smaller shops.

The town has a good shopping atmosphere, and has a range of convenience to mid value stores (Lidls, Pinner Bookshop, a wide range of charity shops), food chains (KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Express), and services (DJ Hair Salon, a range of banks, car and mechanicals)... Personally, the range of shops available is mixed but I wouldn't be able to spend a day on shopping here. There are odd shops here and there, but would not be prized on its shopping.

However, Pinner is worth going to. Every year in the Summer, it holds a summer fair style event, with many stalls and flat rides. It is a great time to visit during those few days, as it really becomes an attraction!

Alternatively, Pinner also holds a French Market every so often, which again, brings many people to the town centre.

      - Celebrities: Elton John grew up in Pinner, Kate Nash resides here and many others.
      - A filming location for Nowhere Boy, One Foot in the Grave, My Hero

The town of Pinner has great character in certain locations and is one of the few places in this area with great historic style. Although the shops lack consistency, most are not high street chains, which give the town even more specialty and you can visit local stores. The addition of annual fairs and events make this town even more of an attraction.

For a business lunch, or just a roam around, try Pinner!
