Advantages: unspoilt dramatic coastline
Disadvantages: none
St Agnes is alovely little village near Perranpporth on the north cornish coast. The road to get to St Agness passes Presingoll Barns which is always a nice stop off to collect goodies to take home.
St Agnes itself has a small selection of shops and then you drive down to the car park which is situated near the slipway straight into the sea.
The beach here is great, there is nice soft sand for the kids to play on and if you venture a bit further out and see the dramatic cliffs overhanging, there are great rockpools to venture in and the kids can play in these for hours searching for crabs and little fish.
There is a nice cliff walk from here to Perranporth and back which I have done and I love the unspoilt beauty of this little cove. there is a little cafe and shop at the edge of the slipway where you can grab something to eat or shelter if the weather is bad
Summary: off the beaten track and lovely cornish town
