I've visited the Blue Elephant once before about five years ago, when they were in their old location on Fulham Broadway. The food was absolutely fantastic, but the surroundings were becoming a little dated. Fast forward to the other night, when I had the pleasure of dining in their new location not too far away on Imperial Wharf. The restaurant had a new lease of life, and the food even surpassed the excellent standards set previously. As opposed to the 80s Thai restaurant feel the old location had (complete with miniature waterfall and koi pond!) the new location was a brilliant blend of contemporary and traditional.
