Wrexham Town - North Wales (Wrexham in General)
Member Name: tjr123
Advantages: Some outstanding areas of beauty Disadvantages: Some bad areas With good experience of living in the surburbs of Wrexham Town I belive I have the knowledge to write a decent review . The best way to describe it is - there are some beatiful parts and there are some not so beatiful parts . For example the beauty of places like Erddig , Acton Park and St Giles Parish Church but as ffor the not so beatiful we've had the Queens Park Riots and Hightown stabbings . There has recently been a Shopping Complex built called Eagles Meadow which is very good on the eye and supplies a bowling alley , a handful of restaurants and shops such as Debenhams , Topshop , River Island and H&M . Some have complained that this has had a damaging effect on the plight of the shops in the actual town centre . The Town has a proffessional football which are now in the national conference and suffered a drop out of the football league in 2008 . They are managed by ex-wales star Dean Saunders . They play at the racecourse groung which can hold up to 15,000 people , the ground is set for futuree development in partnership with accomadation for the local glyndwr university , to provide added accomadation for students - the project named 'wrexham village' . Wrexham is a town that has been made home by a number of Polish immigrants searching for work . Wrexham is a town moving with current times and remains the greatest town in North Wales . Summary: Worth a visit |
