Have you ever had a picnic on the beach and got sand in your sandwiches? Well now imagine you take a swig tea from one of those lovely plastic cups and your wicked big brother's dumped a a whole handful of the stuff in it! This is what it's like taking Gillian McKeith's living food energy! The blurb with the product sounds great. It's a shortcut for people who want to have loads of energy from eating really healthy foods but can't face a plateful of water sprouts. Ms McKeith (who bears a slight resemblance to Bonnie Langford) gets all the most natural, raw living foods from the bottom of pond somewhere (I apologise if I'm a little off the mark here, I read the label so long a go, but you get the gist) and pulvarises them into powder form, for you to take as a drink each day. This will give you boundless energy and enthusiasm for life - so they claim. The problem is I don't know if it works because I couldn't bear the stuff. I stuck with it for a week - gagging every morning - and would go to work desperatly trying to suck the bits of grit out of my teeth. Saw no improvement in the week and just couldn't stand it any longer. It's still there in the cupboard - with a nice thick layer of dust to warn people not try it. This is quite an expensive product (about £15 when I brought it) so I wouldn't reccommend it unless you really are one of those people who can eat anything. If you are - please let me know if it works!
