A little friendly advice to those of you planning on buying an iPod touch; the back WILL get scratched, there is almost nothing you can do. The best thing that you could do is this: as soon as you take it out of its box, put it in something like The Best Skin Ever - it's a full-body cover made from a kind of plastic that's designed to withstand scratches. The next best thing that you could do is to try and minimise the amount of damge your ipod will take.
