Note: This is a review of the black and white/clear versions of this product- not pink and blue.
I decided to buy the Belkin Grip Pulse case as it would provide protection for my Ipod Touch. I already had a leather slip-in case for it but I was worried about the back getting scratched if I put it on the table.
I think that the price is quite good at £14.99 because you get 2 cases, plus a screen protector- some Ipod cases are £25 just for one! I saved £1.00 on this purchase because it was in the sale, reduced from £15.99.
The product is designed to give a good grip so that you don't drop your Ipod. It also protects the back of it which is prone to scratching. Holding my Ipod feels really good now because I don't have to worry about the scratches or ugly-looking fingerprints on the back.
As well as helping grip, the pattern also looks good too. I like how the rubber is thick, making it stronger and more protecting. I also like how the cases give full access to the screen- I don't like how some cases cover below the light sensor and then there's a little hole in the case where the sensor is. This case has holes in the bottom for the USB connector and earphone hole thing (don't know what it's called, sorry, lol). These allow easy access.
In the store, it's hard to see the screen protector in the box and it doesn't say much about it on the box either, but it is a nice little bonus to help protect the screen. However, when I tried applying mine there was lots of little air bubbles in it. But that could just be me, because every time I've ever tried to apply a screen protector to something, there's always been these air bubbles. I've ended up not using the screen protector.
The only problem I would have with this case is if I bought online I would be slightly disappointed because the cases advertise as black and white, but the white one is almost clear. But they are still great.
