Advantages: Keeps iPod secure, Doesn't Stop Usability

Disadvantages: See review

After deciding that carrying my iPod in my hand or storing it in my pocket during jogging wasn't an option, I looked at possible alternatives. The Nike+ Armband was the ideal solution.

~~~What is it ?~~~
It is simply an armband for storing your iPod in. Mines is not the one in the above photo, but instead the one compatible with the Nano 4th gen.
You slide your iPod into the back and then wrap the band aorund your arm, fastening it with velcro. You can still operate the iPod as you normally would, as all that is covering the iPod face is a clear plastic cover.
~~~Does it Work ?~~~

Simply put - yes. It does it's primary job of keeping your iPod safely attached to your arm perfectly. The slip that your iPod goes into is nice and tight, so there's no chance of it falling out. And it allows you to continue to use your iPod almost the same as normal.

~~~Disadvantages~~~
There are a few minor disadvantages to the armband.
The first being that you have to put it on quite tight to keep it from sliding around your arm, this can become slightly uncomfortable and I often find myself shaking my arm while jogging to try and loosen it a bit.
The second disadvantage is that you have to wear it quite far up your arm, so that it doesn't rub against your forearm and cause a rash. This is where the problem lies. Wearing it so close to your underarm means that it will get a bit sweaty. And the armband has an ideal solution to protect itself against sweat. It simply absorbs and then puts it onto your iPod, which isn't ideal.
Continuing with the always pleasant topic of sweat, the armband will probably become quite smelly after prolonged use. So far mine isn't too bad, but if it does become a problem you can wash it. I'm not sure what you can use to wash it, because I don't know what those Egyptian washing hieroglyphics mean.
The final flaw is that theres no gap in the armband to use the 'hold' switch. Which can make it quite a hassle to switch this on and off. Fortunately I don't use my iPod on 'hold' and have so far had no problems with un-wanted song changes.
~~~Summary~~~

Despite the fairly lengthy section of disadvanatges, this is a useful thing to have if you enjoy exercising while listening to music.

For around £20, which is quite expensive for what it actually is, it is worth buying one. Theres very little that can happen to make you need to buy another one, so the £20 should be a one time investment.

7/10

Summary: Well Worth Having

Super review! My only advice would be to run your review through Microsoft Word (or a similar program) first, just to pick up on any minor spelling/ grammatical errors.
