This camcorder is great! Very easy to handle, fits nicely in the hand and is light. Packed full of features it performs well in all conditions. Complete with remote control and 200x digital zoom, 40x optical zoom even the smallest speck on the horizion can be blown up to give "x-files read the number plate from 2 miles away" effects! The buttons are a little small but this is needed in order to keep the little beastie compact. The 3.8" lcd display is bright and crisp as is the viewfinder. Loaded with optical effects and fades/and wipes you can turn the most mundane shots into arty masterpeices. The LCD panel gobbles battery power so I recommend using the viewfinder when out and about unless it for short periods. The camcorder also has a great built in digital camera for stills and snapshots and a flash that is balanced for each shot's conditions. All in all a tremendous little camcorder which should suit both the novice or the more accomplished video shooter alike!
