Advantages: Ease of use, touch screen

We bought one of these in June and are very pleased with it. We have been looking for a camcorder for a while and found this one ideal because you don't need tapes or dvd's as it records straight onto the hard drive, the capacity of which seems to be very good.

We also liked the fact that is small and light and fits in my handbag, good if you are in the city. The touch screen is very easy to use, we were able to use the camcorder without reading the instruction book!!

We used it at a Proclaimers concert at Edinburgh Castle and were able to zoom right into their faces, although the zoom facility does take a bit of getting right as it is so powerful.

The sound quality is also excellent, and the microphone picks up
Being able to wire it straight into your tv and watch what you have filmed is good, and very easy to do, even our 4 year old was able to do it on his own!

We have recommended this to all our friends as we are so pleased with it, both our sons have also been able to film on it as it so light and user friendly.

The only downside is that it doesn't come with a separate batter charger to enable you to keep a spare battery charged whilst you are using the camcorder.
