Great little camcorder (Panasonic NV-GS30)

I have recently bought the panasonic GS30 camcorder. After a couple of months of use I have so say that I'm well pleased with it. The camcorder does all that is asked of it and plenty more. It has many more features than I could ever use, although still remains very simple to use.

The camcorders size is one of the main reaons I bought it in the first place and although it is very small the buttons all seem to be easy to use.

Connecting the camcorder to a computer is very simple using a firewire connection and uploading and downloading video is no problem. One feature that I do like, is DV IN which allows me to copy the edited video from my PC back onto the camcorder and then onto VHS. The finished video results have been very good quality.

I would say the only dissapointing feature about the GS30 is the low light level recoding, although I believe to be a problem for most in this price range.

Finally I would like to add that it is definately worth shopping around as the price varied vastly between retailers.

Summary:
