Panasonic NV-GS70 ... quality and shooting convenience without compromising either, Panasonic has introduced the NV-GS70 digital video camera. Though ultra-compact, the NV-GS70 employs a 3CCD camera system, and can take 1.77 Mega Pixel digital still photos. The renowned creative power of a Leica Dicomar lens brings out detail and texture. Other functions for more expressive capability include a "Soft Skin Detail" function, which renders enhanced skin appearance, and "Tele Macro Mode" for dynamic close-ups.

Ergonomically designed for convenient operation, the NV-GS70's "Free-Style Remote Controller with Mic" makes it easy to add narration while shooting. Its "One Touch Free-Style Grip Belt" can be quickly converted to a carrying strap, and its "Air Soft Grip" helps provide a secure hold on the camera.

The NV-GS70 can also shoot still images and store the snapshots on an SD Memory Card for easy transfer to other digital devices. MPEG4 video recording can be performed in a choice of three modes to match the shooting situation. Voice-only recording is also possible, permitting the camera to be used as a digital voice recorder.
