Well it looks very nice and as with all Samsung products it seems to list a heap of fancy features that are on the leading edge of technology. Reliability: I have had this camcorder for almost 6 months and am sorry to say that it has just been sent for repair for the second time due to a manufacturing fault (The LCD screen died). So I am going to say not very reliable at all but this is to be expected with leading edge technology I guess. Ease of use: At first not very.
