Advantages: Small lightweight and convenient

Disadvantages: Only about 40 minute recording between battery charges

I bought this camcorder as I wanted one that was small and lightweight and would fit into my handbag with ease as I wanted to capture my children growing up at the drop of a hat. Therefore after much web searching I settled on the Sanyo Xacti. Well what can I say, I am incredibly pleased with my purchase.
It's size makes it ideal for popping into your pocket, and it can be powered up and recording in seconds, so I won't ever miss those memorable moments.
The ability to simply remove the SD card and put the pics and video onto my PC after without having to fuss about with Cassettes and DV cables is a massive relief. The 6mp camera is easy to use and has the facility to snap stills at the same time as shooting video.
For a sub £200 camera/camcorder I can highly recommend it.

Summary: Great small lightweight camcorder with still camera shot facility
