I have had my camcorder for nearly a year from when it was first released in the UK. The quality is fantastic and a vast inprovement on my 8mm. It has a 2.5 inch screen as well as a colour viewfinder and a zoom up to 100x on digital. The controls are easy to operate and are well laid out. The best thing about the Sharp is that it comes with Pixlab software and RC232c lead which allows you to connect to your PC and download your pictures into a computer album, from which you can do anything you wish.
