*Introduction* My Dad bought this Sony Handycam a while ago now. It has come in very handy for a number of things, everything from recording family occasions to some of my school projects. I have recently seen it in John Lewis for £999. Be very aware that to do justice to MicroMV (Sony's version of MPEG2) you basically need to buy into the Sony way of life (aka VAIO). I made the mistake of thinking that Pinnacle Studio DV+ Version 7 could deal with this..well, not even Version 8 does in truth, with no ability to export back to the camera, once you have finished editing. Sony Handycam DCR-PC110

This is the second 1 mega pixel camcorder from Sony . The PC110E is a very small, light and compact camcorder and has a solid feel about it. It is held by the palm strap attaching to a small plastic pistol grip. This arrangement takes some getting used to and, to ensure steady shooting, its often necessary to use your left hand for added support.
